The agency

A Tunisian agency, a Canadian accountability

From Sousse, Projet Canada Bel Avenir Immigration guides Tunisian families, students and professionals to Canada — under the responsibility of a consultant regulated by a Canadian professional body.

Our story

Born of a simple observation: too many files refused for the wrong reasons

In Tunisia the desire to leave for Canada is immense. Around it has grown a market where anyone can open an "immigration office", collect fees and file a badly completed form. It is the applicant who absorbs the refusal — and often a lasting IRCC wariness attached to their name.

Projet Canada Bel Avenir was founded on the determination to do this work properly: by submitting to Canadian regulation, by turning away files that have no chance, and by explaining to every client what is genuinely happening in their application.

Today, between 100 and 150 people settle in Canada each year through files prepared by our office — students who secure their permit, families who obtain permanent residence, spouses reunited after years apart.

Our head office is in Hammam Sousse on Boulevard du 14 Janvier, and a second office serves clients from greater Tunis at Centre Urbain Nord.

Verify the registration on the CICC public register

I would rather tell someone "your profile does not qualify this year, here is what you need to build" than take fees for a file I know is lost. A refusal is paid for twice: in money, and in credibility with IRCC.

Iheb Souilem has led Projet Canada Bel Avenir from Sousse. A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, he is a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC, formerly CRCIC) under number R508260, and is listed in the Québec immigration consultants registry under number 11519.

That dual registration is what legally authorises a professional to represent a client before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and before the Québec immigration ministry. It carries obligations of continuing education, professional liability insurance and an enforceable code of conduct.

Each year he guides applicants from across the country, from study permits to family sponsorship, with one constant conviction: an immigration file is won on the rigour of its evidence, not on luck.

Our commitments

Four rules we do not negotiate

01

We never promise a visa

No consultant anywhere can guarantee an IRCC decision. Anyone who promises you one is lying. We commit to the quality of the file and to meeting deadlines — never to an officer’s decision.

02

We falsify nothing

Not a bank statement, not an employment letter, not a diploma. Misrepresentation carries a five-year bar from Canada — we will never expose a client to that, even at their own request.

03

Our fees are stated upfront

A written quote before any signature, clearly separating our professional fees from government fees. No surcharge discovered halfway through.

04

Your file belongs to you

You receive a copy of everything filed in your name, along with your tracking credentials. You can check your IRCC file yourself, at any time.

By the numbers

An established practice, not improvisation

Every file is prepared by a regulated consultant who answers to a Canadian professional regulator.
